Description
I think the CentOS image you're using to build ChimeraX doesn't have the BZip2 headers installed (yum package bzip2-devel). Without it, Python just silently skips over it when building from source, but `import bz2` fails with `ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '_bz2'`. Came up when trying to import Pandas after installing it from pip.
