sop zone doesn't work on non-square mesh

Description

If I set "vol all style mesh square f" then "sop zone" near some atoms does not do anything. If I change to "square t" volume mesh, however, "sop zone" works fine.

Fixed.

Special code to handle this case was ignoring the triangle mask.
