Hi Bharti,

You were trying to install a bundle that was already installed and ChimeraX was trying to inform you of this, but there was a bug in the code that generates that message. So you can safely ignore it. If you want to avoid this problem in the future, it is fixed in the current daily build and in the 1.2.2 release candidate.
