Description
Currently a whole molecule uses half-bond coloring if any bond is in half-bond mode. But each C++ bond object can have half bond coloring on or off. Fix the rendering for this case.
This is a small nuisance because the array if instanced cylinders is then not so uniform as some bonds use one cylinder and others use two cylinders. Could just have all bonds use two cylinders. Or could use two drawings, one for half-bond coloring and the other for single color bonds.
