Hi Long,

Thanks for reporting this problem. StringDB is already installed in your ChimeraX, but unfortunately the code that reports that has a bug in it, which resulted in the error you saw. So, you can ignore the error. The problem is fixed in the daily build if you want to avoid it in the future.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for your promptly response. Yes, the StringDB has installed, but I cannot find the accession to this tool. I cannot find it in the tools-general.

Hi Long,

StringDB only installs a command ("stringdb") and unfortunately does not work in any recent version of ChimeraX. We will be contacting the author to see if he can update it.
