buriedarea "select" should clear previous selection

Description

Using the "select" option of "buriedarea" with gradually increasing area cutoffs was mystifying until I realized that it is not clearing the selection beforehand. I'm pretty sure that's a bug... at least I didn't expect it. Behavior with selection is generally to replace previous.

Ok, I made the buriedarea command "select" option replace the selection.
