Graphics is white

Hi,

I have just installed ChimeraX 1.1 in my Windows 10 machine using the ChimeraX-1.1.exe file available in your website for Windows 10 64-bit. The program starts fine and opens when I execute it. However, after starting it I can see only a white screen with a gray bar at the bottom with the text "Welcome to ChimeraX". If I click where the menus are supposed to be I can see the options and even open pdb files, but I still can't see anything but a white screen. Any idea why could this happen?

Probably your graphics driver is not adequate. The Qt window toolkit and ChimeraX use OpenGL to draw the user interface and graphics and so if the system OpenGL graphics driver does not work that would explain it. The only way to fix that is install or update to a working OpenGL graphics driver on your computer.
