Description
Cannot install Maestro file reader from Toolshed on macOS Big Sur.  On macOS Catalina it installs without errors using the same ChimeraX 1.1.1 version.

The bundle's metadata says that it needs Python 3.8 and that is only true for the daily build. And that is a bug.

The workaround is to use the 1.7 version.

I see the Maestro file reader version 1.8 bundle meta data has a line

Requires-Python: >=3.8

And the Maestro 1.8 bundle release history from 3 months ago says "Removed unneeded dependency, so should be installable into ChimeraX 1.2 daily build." Apparently the new bundle was made with ChimeraX 1.2 daily build that uses Python 3.8 and that went into the maestro bundle as a requirement.

I am not sure who make the Maestro version 1.8 toolshed bundle 3 months ago. Conrad who is the owner and seems like the only person who could change it has been retired for 6 months. Possibly Greg changed it.

I successfully installed Maestro bundle version 1.8 from Toolshed into the current ChimeraX daily build (which uses Python 3.8). So that is one solution.

I tried installing Maestro bundle version 1.7 into ChimeraX 1.1.1 and it failed for a different reason saying no distribution for ChimeraX-ChemGroup~=1.0 available.

Needed fix is to update maestro bundle and remove the Python 3.8 requirement. Perhaps Greg can do that.

Already working on it. It's a bug in the bundle builder bundle. Should have an new version available shortly.
