Sequence Viewer assoc dialog incorrectly says not associated

Description

Opening the attached cxc file fetches uniprot sequences and associates them with a structure. They are clearly associated as indicated by mismatches in the sequence viewer. However, using the context menu in either sequence to show the associations dialog reports that nothing is associated.

Tested in UCSF ChimeraX version: 1.2.dev202012200532 (2020-12-20)

Type: defect → enhancement

I was confused by the dialog. No structure chains were chosen in the left side of the dialog. Is there a way to make it less confusing?

Status: accepted → closed

If no chains are chosen on the left, the association menu is now hidden and some "choose a chain" text is shown in its place.
