Hi Brian,

Thanks for reporting this problem. The Toolshed is trying to inform you that you had already installed the AddH 2.1.3 bundle, but there was an error in the error message itself(!). At any rate, that problem is fixed in the daily build and you could just ignore the whole thing since you did in fact successfully install the AddH 2.1.3 bundle.
