The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
Trying to install ISOLDE 1.1.0 in ChimeraX development build gives an error because the wheel is for Python 3.7 but my build is at Python 3.8.  The Toolshed should not show an Install button for Python 3.7 wheels when I am using Python 3.8.

Same error installing RMF in ChimeraX 1.2 devel build. Both ISOLDE and RMF should perhaps be using a core~=1.1.0 dependency but are using a ~=1.1 dependency. Actually I guess the bundle developers can't predict what Python version future ChimeraX will use. Maybe we will be on 3.8 for ChimeraX 1.2 and 1.3, so RMF probably should not use ~=1.1.0 but should rely on Toolshed not to offer to install with the wrong version of Python.

Caveat, not fixed for ChimeraX 1.1. But is fixed for ChimeraX 1.2 and newer. The Python, ABI,and platform tags in the wheel filename are checked for compatibility and the "Install" button says "Not Compatible", Installed, Upgrade, or Downgrade.
