Remember VR meeting proxy settings

Description
It would be convenient to remember meeting command proxy settings (IP and key file) so that it is unnecessary to retype those each time you start a meeting. I could automatically remember them whenever they are set. But how would I not use those settings? Maybe add another option useProxy which would also be a saved setting.

The meeting access command and meeting settings command control the saved preferences for proxies. Settings for multiple proxy servers can be saved.
