Description
Tape measure mouse mode did not sync in a VR meeting with Phil Cruz and Victor Kramer.  It seems that it does log a command so not sure why the segments did not appear to me when Phil made the, and when I made them they did not appear to Phil.  But if Phil cleared them then mine cleared.

Fixed.

Problem was that tape measure vr mode did not log a command when button released, although tape mouse mode did log a command.
