Somehow Side View seems to have tried to render after its canvas window had been destroyed. That is probably why make_current() failed (the first error). That make_current() failure in Render.use_shared_context() left the OpenGLContext.window set to the deleted window which caused all the subsequent errors. I have fixed the use_shared_context() code so if make_current() fails it does not set OpenGLContext.window. But the underlying problem is that Side View was somehow closed and later tried to render. Specifically a "frame drawn" trigger fired and side view tried to redraw itself in response, but make current on the side view canvas window failed suggesting the window had been deleted (as later errors say the window was deleted). The SideViewUI ToolWindow close method removes the "frame drawn" trigger so it seems the SideViewUI.close() had not been called yet.

One possibility is that the QWindow becomes unusable before the Qt closeEvent() method is called.  In this case the side view render code would need to check if the window has been deleted so it does not try to render because it would not be guaranteed to have been notified before the QWindow became unusable.
