Description
Dear Sir/Madam, I installed chimerax and I wanted to add ISOLDE. I followed the instructions but after downloading the ISOLDE I receive this message. Could you please help me to solve this problem? Hi Sepideh,
That message simply means that the updated ISOLDE bundle can't be installed into ChimeraX while that ChimeraX is running. When you quit and start ChimeraX again, the ISOLDE bundle will be installed.
