Description

The user notification of available bundle updates needs to be moved into a bundle so that bugs can be fixed and improvements made without the need for a new release of ChimeraX itself.

Added TOOLSHED_OUT_OF_DATE trigger. Moved all installing and uninstalling into toolshed_utils bundle, including updates tool.
