One thing that would help with finding commands would be an autocomplete system - e.g. type "cl", press tab, all commands starting with "cl" are printed to the reply log; if only one match exists, complete it and print all mandatory/optional params to the reply log.

If we do autocompletion, I'd like it to work anywhere on the command line including argument type specific completions. But this might be a good first step.
