The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
On Windows 10 with display scaling set to 200% on a 2560x1440 display, half the GUI elements are half size and half are full size.  For instance the command line text is half size, model panel text is full size, toolbar icon and tab name text is half size, Window menus are full size, Volume Viewer controls above histogram are mostly half size.

Qt 5.14 may have improved high DPI support as described here
