After discussion with Elaine, decided that using "save" command was easier to find, more generically useful, and more focused on attribute saving than adding 'saveFile' to the 'info' command.

I have seen that most (if not all) of my suggestions and bug reports, from last spring, have been addressed over the last few months, so now it seems I can use ChimeraX for creating the parallel analyses of surface accessibility, hydrophobicity and conservation in PDB models of multiple homologous proteins as I have done in Chimera 1.14. I have another Structural Bioinformatics course coming up in November, so I may have some new suggestions to you soon!
