The problem is that the Google authentication cookie is not marked as secure.

Not going to make 1.3. Still need to figure out why cookie isn't secure.

This has not proved to be an issue in practice. The toolshed preview site is for testing changes to the toolshed implementation, and that can be tested via the VPN.
