Description
After force quitting ChimeraX while it was fetching 4v88 from eds then restarting and trying to fetch again, it apparently tries to read the truncated file.

Might want to either fetch the file to a temporary file name. Or could add to the fetch error message "A previously fetched copy of this file may be corrupted, use open command "ignoreCache true" option to fetch a new copy."
