Saved tool positions not preserving tabbing

Description

When docked tools are tabbed, saving the tool positions does not save them in a tabbed form, and so they are not correctly restored on restart.

Status: assigned → closed

Fix available in next daily, and am shooting for having it on the Toolshed later today.
