Description
Bug report received as email from Wenxin Xi, Chinese Academy of Sciences:
Dear sir/madam,
I am a Phd student in structural biology. Recently I knew ISOLDE, which is an extraordinary software I think, and I can't wait to try to use it. But when I download it from UCSF Chimera 0.93, someting wrong happened like the picture below that the "Install" button keeps grey and cannot be clicked(also try VPN did not work). I am really appreciate it if you can give me any help or advice.
Sincerely,
Wenxin Ji

See #3238 - it seems the ChimeraX version was actually 0.90, which would be why the Tool Shed wasn’t displaying a button (perhaps it would be good to add a “no compatible version found” message in that case?). But “toolshed install isolde” still installed it - that probably shouldn’t happen.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry to bother all of you again. As I don't have independent GPU on my Mac, I tried to install ChimeraX0.9 in another PC with Windows OS and NVIDIA K2200 on it. After I modified DNS to 8.8.8.8, the previous problem(Last E-mail I reoprt a bug "Button is grey") is solved, but after I download from "Tool-More Tools-ISOLDE" and opend from GUI, it said that this version(1.0b3) only works with ChimeraX0.93 and still cannot work. As I have tried it about three days to install use, I don't know if you have any idea that I can install ".whl" file on my own.
Many thanks!
Your Sincerely,
Wenxin Ji

I'm curious why you choose to install ChimeraX 0.9 instead of ChimeraX 0.93? The 0.93 version is newer and is better overall.

Heard from Tristan that this was fixed. If not, please let us know.
Hi Wenxin,
I'm not sure what's going on here - but while we get to the bottom of it, could you try just typing "toolshed install isolde" into the ChimeraX command line?
Best regards,
Tristan
