"web fetch" format not recognized

The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
Please see attached.
At startup the "gray history" large lower left window shows the tutorials icon from prior usage. When I "click" on it I get a dialog box and a Log message: 
'open https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/tutorials.html format "web fetch" fetch fromDatabase https
Expected a keyword'
Also how can I remove items from history?

Hi John, there is no easy way to remove that entry from your file history. Once I fix this bug, that entry will at least work, though you still won't be able to remove it.
