usage should list all subcommands

Description

'usage cartoon' only lists the subcommands that are one-level deep, but 'cartoon param' is actually the parent of two subcommands. So to get their usage would take several usage commands drilling down one level at a time.

Status: new → closed

Fixed. Also change command sorting to ~subcommands are grouped next to the associated subcommand, just like commands are.
