Adding images and descriptions to RBVI bundles

Eric's subset from #3060 master list of bundles.

After bundles have been added to the toolshed, they need to be edited to include descriptions, icons and screenshots. Below are a list of bundles grouped by developer responsible (I hope). A number of these should not appear on the toolshed (config option for #3058?) and should be marked for exclusion.

All the bundles assigned to me seem like they should be standard, and we agreed that standard bundles do not need to be on the Toolshed for RC1. I did upload the ShowSequences bundle ("sequences" in the above list) since it is not in the 0.93 release and to test the upload process. It is awaiting approval.
