Tube helices have wrong curve
The following bug report has been submitted:
Platform: Darwin-19.3.0-x86_64-i386-64bit
ChimeraX Version: 0.93 (2020-04-02)
Description
Tube helices (preset cylinders) sometimes are depicted curved when in fact the helix is very straight. An example is 1mkj residues 175-190.

I've attached images of 1mkj alpha helix residues 175-190 shown as ribbon, tube, and tube with C-alpha positions. The C-alpha position are what is used to fit the tube. All 3 images are in the same orientation.
