RFE: add "tube" cartoon (ribbon) style or preset — at Initial Version

Description
Would be nice to have a round cross-section cartoon/ribbon style; besides being generally useful, it would allow making images despite ribbon orientation problems.
It would be great if it just used some default radius, if unspecified, and was implemented so that you don't need a separate style keyword. Maybe something like
cartoon <spec> <style> other keyword options
e.g.
cartoon tube
cartoon #4 tube
cartoon tube tubeRadius 1.5
