mmCIF NMR reading bad for 'coordsets true'

Description

If I "open 2efi coord t", playing through the resulting trajectory clearly shows something is badly wrong, whereas "open 2efi coord t for pdb" looks fine.

Wans't finding existing residues to add coordinates to.
