ISOLDE installed into incompatible Ubuntu build of ChimeraX
The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
I tried to follw the isolde tutorial flexible fitting on my linux laptop and clipped the commands, and the chimeraX was killed after command "select #1; isolde sim start sel". The message in the termial is "Missing dihedral chi1 for residue F349: ASP

Missing dihedral chi1 for residue F349: ASP
Missing dihedral chi1 for residue F349: ASP

". It is quite repeatable. and I don't have the problem in my mac or workstation running centos.

I suspect the problem here is that you're using one of the Ubuntu builds of ChimeraX. Unfortunately ISOLDE isn't binary-compatible with those due to the use of different versions of GCC in compiling. If you want to use ISOLDE in an Ubuntu environment, you'll need to work with the "Generic Linux" ChimeraX distribution.
