Description
Selecting 4 atoms with the mouse and then using 'sel' as the atom spec for 'torsion' does not preserve the ordering of the atom selections.
Suggestion is to have the atomic module keep Collections of selected atoms and bonds that preserves the ordering of each, updated whenever the selection changes, and supply these Collections to the generic selection-gathering system when requested.
