atom in_chain false after session restore

Description
If I save a molecule in a session, then restore the session, atoms.in_chains is all false.

save test.cxs
close
open test.cxs.gz
surf :8-10
The surface shows blobs surrounding residues 8-10 instead of the patch for 8-10 because it thinks none of the atoms are in chains so they are considered ligands.

Wasn't setting the residue pointer to the chain as the chain was restored
