Description

Experiments suggest that only "swapaa" (not "swapaa interactive") reports these backbone angles to the Log, and whether the residue is cis or trans. It's useful information for the "swapaa interactive" user too, and you must have measured them already to get the proper set of probabilities.

swapaa interactive now takes the same log option as swapaa does, and also defaults it true, which results in the backbone angles and cis/trans to be reported.
