Description
I was going through the tutorial and noticed my bfactor coloring was totally off. Eventually realized it was because I had incorporated more than one rotamer at one position, and the altloc B rotamer got assigned bfactors of zero which messed up the range. I think the altloc A rotamer is getting the values it's supposed to (highest value in original residue).
I attached example PDB saved after TYR 41 in chain A was replaced with two rotamers using the Rotamers tool.
