macOS Catalina can't verify daily build, signing problem

The following bug report has been submitted:
Platform:        Darwin-19.0.0-x86_64-i386-64bit
ChimeraX Version: 0.91 (2019-09-27)
Description
On macOS Catalina starting the ChimeraX daily build says it cannot be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

Did our signing fail?

Need to ctrl click the app and choose Open from the menu.  Signing the app is supposed to avoid this trick.

According to the following web page it is not sufficient that ChimeraX is signed, it must also be notarized.

We should try to fix this before the 0.91 release.

Should also fix this in the Chimera 1.14 release.
