Blocking Opal jobs need longer timeout

Blocking Modeller jobs fail because they take longer than 90 seconds to complete, and therefore time out. Here is the commands to reproduce (which need to be in a script, so that blocking will occur):

open uniprot:pdcd1_human
sequence associate /A pdcd1_human
open uniprot:q2lc89_human
sequence associate /B q2lc89_human:1
modeller comparative pdcd1_human:1,q2lc89_human:1 multichain true numModels 3

I have to say that the suds module is quite the enigmatic beast to investigate. For instance, there is no launchJobBlocking defined in the module -- it is dynamically defined. I flailed around trying to get the timeout changed with no success -- so reassigning this to you (was originally part of ticket #2001).
