RFE: Labels preference for (3D) label height

There is already a Labels category in preferences. Since each user is likely to repeatedly use 3D labels in a particular way, would be very useful to have a preference for their height, and possibly also size. Height is more important since it's the default approach. It is very tedious to have to change the height every time 3D labeling is done.

New settings is under the Labels tab in preferences "Height of 3d labels in Angstroms". Let me know if you have better text for this option.

If the symbol is tricky to encode, you could look at the Distances preferences for an example.  Besides being shorter (not that important since the dang tabs make the dialog so wide) starting with “3D" may automatically put it at the top, which makes more sense to me since 3D labels are what I most expect “Labels” preferences to cover, as opposed to balloon help.  Can veto if you dislike it, though.
