I'm using W10 enterprise, 64bit, intel i9 9900, UHD graphics 630.

It worked out, the last update of the Intel UHD graphics 630 ( 26.20.100.6952 ,A03 ) is the issue, when going back to Version 25.20.100.6617, A00 then it works perfectly.
