Description
Like the case when a command is typed that is provided by a bundle that isn't installed, when a file with a known suffix from an uninstalled bundle is asked to be opened, it too should tell the user which bundle to install (and link to it).

Fixed in f10025b5b. The text can probably stand some rephrasing but the user is told that an uninstalled bundle provides the reading/writing functionality.
