Registration window obscured

The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
I think I registered for an earlier version of ChimeraX, but perhaps not... In any case, I just was asked to register today when running the current stable release.  The problem is that the request to register was on a popup window that was hidden behind the splash screen and it was almost impossible to get it to the foreground!

You should be asked to register on every machine you use ChimeraX on, but only once per machine.

Conrad Huang should be getting back to you about the registration window problem.

This is ​Qt bug #49576, which is fixed in Qt 5.12.5/5.13.1. We should be switching to one of the newer Qt versions soon and the problem will go away then.
