Description
Proline residue atoms shown with ribbon looks weird -- the N does not connect to the ribbon and is not tethered to the ribbon. Maybe it needs a tether -- not sure, but it looks weird because the proline ring instead looks like a fish hook (image attached). In Chimera 1 it moves the N position to the ribbon for showing the bond from N to CD.

Semi-fixed in d21172f. The bond between N and CA is now drawn. The N atom is drawn at its actual coordinates (just like the CA atom) and not on the ribbon. It's a little odd looking but avoids the problem of strangely shaped proline rings when the ribbon turns sharply and the N position on the ribbon is far from the N coordinates.
