Description
Similar to the Chimera one
http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ProgrammersGuide/basicPrimer.html
Namely looping through structures and executing ChimeraX commands. Since we have a "log save" command, probably don't need a special section for saving log contents.
