NMR ensembles not opened into submodels

Description
They open into one model per. I believe they are supposed to open into a group with each individual structure a submodel. I believe it did work this way a week ago! Examples: 1tr4; 1mtx
Not sure whether to assign this to Greg or Tom, but given Tom's recent work with the model hierarchy I'm starting with him.

Fixed.
Open command fetching was not doing the model grouping.
The name of an NMR ensemble group model and names of the individual conformations should be done better. Currently the parent is named "group" and the conformations are all the same pdb id. Will think about this.
