Tim Springer mentioned scene window size not restored on the ChimeraX mailing list and was not aware that there is an option to enable that.

Thanks, I had the daily build and updated to 1.12.
I am now using .cxs files. The scenes command did not restore my window size? If that is not implemented, let me know what to do.

I added documentation to the Scene tools, scene command, and Window preferences documentation. Somehow this option did not get documented months ago when it was added. The option is in ChimeraX 1.12.
