Description
In the Log, every help link for subcommands has “%23” and fails to work. I guess it was supposed to be “#” and got replaced. For example, enter command “usage movie” and then click help link for “movie encode” (movie.html#encode does exist)
This gives error message:
No help found for 'help:user/commands/movie.html%23encode'

The link in the log window was correct (confirmed by saving the log), but the url intercepting on the Mac converted the # to %23. That behavior was noticed before for the command urls, so now the fix is done in all cases.
