Description

The various config and cache directories changed to add "+python3.14" to their names. This breaks installing from the toolshed. Installing anything from the toolshed produces a "No change in list of installed bundles" message and "toolshed list" does not list the bundle.

I think 3bcc2aceb5016fd24d03927c4f9a3d3b56cd07b3 is the fix.
