There are several problems here. First the user tries "movie encode D:\movie1.mp4" without first recording any frames and the Log says no frames recorded. Later they try to save an image and save a spin movie with the Toolbar icons and both fail because no OpenGL context was available. ChimeraX seems to have started without indicating an OpenGL problem, but then perhaps lost the OpenGL context.

Errors from earlier sessions indicate the user was trying to save movies to the Public Windows desktop where they do not have permission.
