The error says that OpenGL graphics ran out of memory. It was trying to allocate a rather small 12 Mbyte texture for rendering. This was probably caused by having large models open on a machine with only 16 GB of memory. The Windows operating system is particularly prone to running out of memory. We almost never see this on Mac or Linux. Only solution on Windows is to have more memory.
