tiling rotates 2D labels

I'm not sure whether this is intended, but 2dlabels text gets rotated when using tiled view. To reproduce: `open 6lyz; tile all; 2dlabels text "test" xpos 0.5 ypos 0.5`.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for reporting this problem. When I try the commands you supplied I don't see any rotation of the 2D label. Maybe you could send a screenshot?

The example commands cause the text to rotate for me in a daily build and ChimeraX 1.11.1. I'll see if I can remedy that.

Fixed in daily builds dated March 19, 2026 and newer.

The tile command was not supposed move 2D labels and the independent center of rotation was not supposed to apply to 2D labels or any other overlay models (e.g. scale bars). Thanks for reporting the problem.
