Tools don't appear in new sessions

Description
Log window does not appear even if I turn it on from Tools. Also all the running tools like toolbar and command line disappear every time I start a new session. I have marked the option to run these tools on startup and dockable option is also on.

I don't have an idea why tools would not show at startup. I suggest you use the current ChimeraX version 1.11 instead of your current 1.9.

Maybe something is broken with your ChimeraX settings. You could delete all your ChimeraX settings by removing the directory

C:\Users\<user-name>\AppData\Local\UCSF\ChimeraX\

This would also remove an ChimeraX plugins you installed. You could just rename this directory and ChimeraX will create new factory settings and you could see if that works.
